1179 days back 2001 Turbo VW New Beetle in shop right now Using the melted fuse box remaining the latest situation. Initially (2 weeks ago) introduced the car in for "over heating". To date I have paid out 600+ bucks for gasket, hose(s), water pump, timing belt. In minutes, more than heat light-weight Get the facts came on all over again and brought it again and obtained the coolant capped off.
We noticed which the unfavorable terminal in the Battery is melting.... That seems to me that a little something might be overcharging producing much more warmth than normal charging would.... Any one else obtaining this situation??
